Winning Competition entry for the Master Plan of Xujiahui area in Shanghai.
Xujiahui district is one of the largest relatively undeveloped areas in the City. The new Master Plan proposes close to 400.000 m2 of new construction. Redeveloped district would add 80 storey (350 m) high-rise office tower a new bus terminal, new subway station, 600 room Hotel, service apartments, retail and shopping mall.
